Food storage containers that will make your kitchen gluten-free friendly and efficient
When on The Gluten-Free Skinny plan, you will be using a number of new gluten-free ancient grains and flours made from those grains. It is a good idea to organize these new products in your pantry and in your freezer.
- Gluten-free flours should be stored in the freezer to ensure their freshness. We recommend 24-oz. glass Mason jars.
- Gluten-free grains can be stored in the cupboard in stackable, sealable containers such as those by Tupperware, or Mason jars. Most of the grains come in 1 pound or 1 1/2 pound bags so the Tupperware 2 modular mates work well.
- You will also need to label all of the products.
- Finally, you will need good storage containers to store leftovers and snack bars in your fridge. We recommend Pyrex stackable glass containers.
