THE GLUTEN-FREE GUIDE TO SPAIN 5.0 out of 5 stars So helpful! By john o. strek We now have all of these gluten free guides. What a resource! These books make traveling through Europe with Celiac a breeze! The author lays out the restaurant suggestions in many ways to make them user friendly (alphabetical, by area, etc.). She also provides restaurant cards and questions to ask the waiters in the appropriate language for each country. We are hoping the author will continue to provide this resource on the rest of Europe (Germany? Switzerland?) and then move onto Asia so we can plan our next trips. There are so many choices of places to eat, we planned our meals around her suggestions - saved us so much time and aggravation. I highly recommend these books if you need to be gluten free and love to travel. |
