Dr. Maria Ann Roglieri
is a professor at St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York. She teaches courses in Global Food Studies, Global Literatures, Cultures, and Languages, and Artificial Intelligence. She holds a B.A. from Columbia University, and an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. She has won awards for excellence in teaching and for her writing. She has written extensively books and articles for the academic community.
Maria has 20 years of experience in researching, writing, lecturing and counseling in the gluten-free community.
